1. Unique tapered design of the inlet of the diversion distribution tank, with the function of stabilizing, limiting and equalizing the flow, and the convection outlet at both ends, perpendicular to the filter, with good filtering surface and contact surface design.
2. High pressure cleaning design: There are cleaning nozzles inside and outside the filter to clean the filter and keep it smooth. The cleaning angle and water pressure have been precisely tested and designed.
3. Low speed, high filtration efficiency: Circumferential linear speed 60~150mm/s, controlled by non-stage variable speed machine, smooth operation, low failure rate and long life.
4. The filter material has two kinds of stainless steel 304 and 316, the type has: a. Punching type mesh (minimum filter diameter 1m/m) b. Wedge type mesh (minimum filter diameter 0.15m/m from 9 kinds of pores to 3m/m) c. Well woven mesh (more than 300mesh)
5. The whole structure is made of stainless steel except for the base, TIG welded.
6. Automatic filter slag discharge: built-in spiral guide wings, positive displacement discharge, no cutting blade, no need to clean up the operation and easy maintenance.
